Gary,

If you are lucky you can just give the name of the netcdf file in the DATA
keyword of your map file.  But there are quite a few things that can go wrong.
I would suggest first assessing what GDAL thinks of your file with gdalinfo.

By the way, Denis Nadeau is currently working on improvements to NetCDF
support in GDAL.  Feel free to lean on him if you have questions or need
