Did that, and seem to be getting the shoreline of the ocean. Do I need to be
doing something with polygons?

Tried to use a style on the roads and got this

Undefined overlay symbol 'circle'

Error opening image file /usr/testfiles/./circle

I see symbols.sym in my directory and it defines 'circle'
