MapServer User Management

[Fabio D'Ovidio]

Dear list,
I'm working about a project in which a WMS Server has to enable or unenable users to 
request maps of a specific kind (for size, type, etc..).

I'd like to know if and how MapServer implements this. Your answer will be very useful for 
my decision in using MapServer in this project.
