how do I get rid of clicking the button and loading it my html? {Scanned} {Scanned}

  Where do I put that example at? Also I look at map  context support through cgi and I dont understand it.  The site is  http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/docs/reference/cgi/mapcontext

mapserver reference.
