query attribute from remote server via WMS

Dear List, 

I am set up one template file, map file. In the map file, I requested to get data from remote server. I could see remote server's map on my template. 

My question is "Is it possible to query attribute data from that remote server?" If it is possible, could anyone give me a hint.
