Anyone have mapscript.jar compiled for 1.4.2

Hi,

I downloaded the ms4w (windows) package and found that the Java mapscript
is compiled for 1.5.  I need 1.4 and can't simply recompile the jar file
as the JNI interface has changed.  This implies that I hae to recompile
the whole lot from scratch to make it work under 1.4.2

Has anyone already done this and can I have a copy of the DLL for windows
and the jar file too.
