PostScript to Mapserver

SPIT is a plugin/extension to import shp in a postgis database. It uses 
shp2pgsql, I think.

Your problem is quiet different I think as you want to import ps file in the 
data base. There are no projection data in a postscript file. May be you can 
try to convert ps to svg ...
