I've made a small mapfile editor in .NET 2.0 using the mapserver csharp 
api. It appears to be working, but there are some issues with it(using 4.6).

at 19 hours GMT it should be working again) you can find the source 
files and the binary. This exercise was just to see if i could get it 
working together, so don't expect anything fancy :D
