Mapscript API

Hi  Guys
   
  I have compiled mapserver on windows using microsoft stuff, i want now to create mapscripts API  for TCL. is there is any way to do that.
   
  OR
   
  Is there is already compiled TCL mapscript. I have a very old version a bout 2 years old from map generator progect. and it is not working probebly for raster data.
