Mapserver returns blank pages

Hi!

I am suffering from mapservers feature to return blank pages when
loading the page. This happens about 1 in 10 requests. Is this a known
bug or is there some configuration to do? I've read that PHP's
memory_limit could cause this if it's too small but I'm having it at
64MB. This feature happens on two different servers and I can't find
any answers.
