Hi.
I'm a fresh of using Mapserver.
I'm planning to use an illustrated map, which is based on a paper town map
(width: 1500m; height:1000m).
unfortunately, that map is heading up northwest, 
but I wanna fix that position on the mapserver, not heading north.
To do that so, I've heard that I have to create an own projection.

Does anybody know how to rotate the map for heading up Northwest or
how to create own projection? Is there any reference for that?
