What's the catch with ROSA on Windows client PCs

To test I always use two browsers Firefox 1.5 and IE 6. But ROSA it's
pretty consistent, when it fails on me it fails on both browsers ;-)
It's my fault off-course I just want to know what am I doing wrong :-)
