Mapscript C# compilation

[rock well]

Hi all, i am getting a few errors while compiling mapscript with c#, i downloaded the swigwin-1.3.29 latest development version and then i gave the path for swig.exe in the makefile.vc and tried to compile it but i got the following error
   
  OWSRequest.cs(33,24): error CS0117: 'mapscriptPINVOKE' does not contain a  definition for 'delete_OWSRequest' 
   
  I am not sure why this error is due to ...
