In which C file/function ?

  List
    Can any one plz tell me in which C file/function the code for marking
  symbol by color is written? At present after query by point, I can able  
  to mark the symbol red, but for any subsequent query the all the 
  previous query point is lost on the map. I want all the previous query 
  point to be in some particular color and my last query point should be 
  in red.
