tile index on shpafile

Hi everyone,
I tried tileindex on shpefile.
this mapfile works successfully on WinXP,Apache and Mapserver-4.6.1.
but  when I try this on Linux,Apache and MapServer-4.6.2, polygon is 
rendered too big.
I tried to chang MapServer version  to 4.8.3, retrun same result.
How I do?
