Point Layer Won't Draw

Lawrence,

It's hard to diagnose your problem without seeing the map file.  Can you 
post your map file (or at least the problem layer) to the list?

Often when layers don't draw as expected it's because the layer's 
PROJECTION block is set up wrong.  Check that you've got it set to the 
projection that your data is stored in.
