How to increase resolution of image?

Hi Paul

"resolution" is normally defined as dots or pixels per inch. a "naked"
image has therefore no resolution, just a size. anyway, you are on the
right way, you just have to "force" your 1200x1200 pixels image into an
8"x8" rectangle in your pdf. which would in this case end up to 1200
dots / 8 inch = 150 dpi.
