Displaying dynamic dataset on layer

I've struts-hibernate application that has very complex query page. 

I know result set (or I can loop through it).

Now I would like to send that resultset as layer.

I  could use mapscript (or CGI Mapserver parameters) to send query filter
but problem is to get that where clause from hibernate (it hides it).

Is there any other solution than manually parse spatial data and feed them
to layer with mapscript?
