Missing FeatureMember with Oracle Spati al

Hi Holger,
Sure, big numbers can make the request (query) not work correctly in
Mapserver and Oracle Spatial.It's the second time that this kind of
problem occur.
This occurs because Oracle can store numbers that are bigger of
Mapserver can store in shapeobj index. Maybe this issue needs a bug report.
