Question about wms and mapfile location/restriction

Okay, I think I'm almost there. How do I form the URL assuming I have
this shell script in my htdocs directory? I'm a little unclear on
whether I can directly reference the shell script or if it has to be
called within an html file or what. Thanks for the help.
