PHP/Mapscript installation windows

Dear List,

we are looking for information about the installation of PHP/MapScript on
this configuration:

Windows 64 server 2003 Enterprise
IIS
PHP5
Oracle 10 GR2 Spatial & Oracle 9 SDE on a remote server

Does someone have experience using this configuration?
What about PHP CGI or ISAPI? I've seen that since 15 of august, there is
in ISAPI mode no bug (1322) any more  (4.10 release).

I've spent already a while looking for information on the www...
