MS 4.10.1 php_mapscript build problem on FreeBSD 6.2

Ben,

Sounds like it might be a freeBSD bug in mapserver .configure script. 
You requested --with-fastcgi and I would think that since it did not 
find it is should have dropped the -lfcgi, but did not. You should 
probably write this up as a bug.

fastcgi is on little or no benefit unless you are using oracle and need 
  connection pooling. So try to configure --without-fastcgi ot just 
remove the --with-fastcgi option. If one fails try the other.
