A Schema XML in response of MapServer - Nomenclator

Hello!

I need apply a schema XML to the response of Mapserver to make a 
Nomenclator. I think that the response to my problem are in the label:

But i don't know what type of file, wait in this URL. And i don't know, how 
made the mapping of the elements of the Layer. For example, i have:
