If you use the '.zip' file it won't modify the registry.  If you use the 
'.exe' installer it will modify the registry.

The MS4W download page has links to several 'applications packaged for 
MS4W' that are pre-configured to work in that environment.

Then follow the instructions in the "NOTE for Win95,98,ME users" section 
to start Apache manually.

Yes.

It always depends on the operating system of your web host.  If it is 
windows nothing is different in setup from your local machine.  Unix is 
a different story.
