wms layer display problem

to Arnd Wippermann,
              thank you for your return, I try the mapfile you give me.
              It shows as follow:

msHTTPExecuteRequests(): HTTP request error. 
cann't open the output file under the tmp directory.
I think maybe there needs some configuration .
