AW: [UMN_MAPSERVER-USERS] Mapserver handling BBox in different coordinate systems

Hello Arnd,

the @ is an error, my excuses. It indeed needs to be a & sign.

The reason you get a white background seems to be that the standard bbox
for EPSG:4326 is either undefined, or invalid. That is what I am trying
to find out.
