WFS: Problems with multipolygons

What version of MapServer are we talking about here? There were some problems with
certain multi-part features in older version of MapServer (I don't recall exact version numbers
but can check). I believe Bart identified a test case that the fix was based on. The problem
was in the GML encoder. 4.10.3 should be fine.
