Publish an ArcSDE annotation

Hi Howard,

The labelling engine of MapServer for line layers is not sufficient for our
project.

Is MapServer support generated annotations for any driver: DGN, DXF, etc ?

Maybe, we will be able to export our annotations to one of these drivers.

The MapServer ArcSDE driver does not currently support annotation  
layers.
