Upgrading Mapscript from 4.10.1 to 5.0 causes an Apache crash

Sorry for the wrong reply adress.

The crash happens with every request. In fact it is just impossible to 
display the map. I am using GD 2.0.35, built from source, no other 
version existing on the system...
