Great resource.
The best place to make it available to the MapServer community would be
to contribute it as a 'HowTo' in the documentation area of the MapServer
site.
This page location is: http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/docs/howto
It would fit well under the heading of 'compiling'.

Not sure how to contribute this to the group.
But I've put together a step by step process I used to build Mapserver 5
on RHEL 5. It includes directions to include AGG.
So what is the best way to provide this?
