But now I have a question?

I put my layer definitions and the SCALE values but...

When I use ArcGis to show my layers the SCALE values are not the same of the
values I define.

Example:
My Layer:

Scale of View in ArcGIS 9.0 SP2 1:200001
Sclae of view in gvSIG 1:20021
AutoCadMap I search the Scale but some times puts one Layer an sometimes
other ( random )
