[mapserver-users] move and print the map with mapserver

I have two question about mapserver ,is there anyone can give me some advice about this? 

1¡¢Is there any function in mapserver to make we can move the map to where we want to? 
2¡¢Is there any function in mapserver to make we can print the map we want in mapserver? 

any idea about this will be welcome!
