[MAPSERVER-USERS] How to get attribute value using mapscript(asp.net)?

Hi friends,
I am using asp.net.
I am able to get layerobj items(attribute column name) in drop down list.
by using "layerobj.numitems"(attribute column name)
Now i want to find all attribute values for selected "layerobj.item" .
Please reply me how t oget attribute values and add them to dropdownbox.
