[MAPSERVER-USERS] mapserver does not show oracle layer

Hi,
i´m having troubles shwoing a oracle layer in mapserver.

in open layers i´ve:
map =  new OpenLayers.Map( 'map' ,  
        {
                scales: [ 4000000,3000000,2000000,1000000, 500000,200000,
100000, 50000,20000,10000 ],
                maxExtent: new OpenLayers.Bounds(-18,34,4,45),
                numZoomLevels: 10
        }
);

var basemap = new OpenLayers.Layer.WMS.Untiled( "MS 4.10",
"http://172.18.210.67:8080/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?",
{
        map: '/ms4w/apps/wmssrvrefer/config.map',
        layers: 'border', format: 'png', 'transparent': 'on'},
        { projection:"EPSG:4326" } );
map.addLayers([basemap]);
map.setCenter(new OpenLayers.LonLat(-8, 39.5), 0);


In mapfile:

I test with shp2img and it shows the shapelayer, but not the oracle layer.
