Well. The ogrinfo i am using is installed with mapserver
(ms4w-2.2.7-setup.exe).
and the ogrinfo.exe is in C:\ms4w\tools\gdal-ogr.
So i guess that mapserver is using the same binary...
Anyway,i hope i get an answer !!!
