[MAPSERVER-USERS] epsg code for 'UTM 43 North'

If your data is using WGS84 as the ellipsoid/datum, the code would be
32643.  

Here is a snipped from the data file used by proj4.

# WGS 84 / UTM zone 43N
<32643> +proj=utm +zone=43 +ellps=WGS84 +datum=WGS84 +units=m +no_defs
no_defs <>
