[MAPSERVER-USERS] Key labelcache_map_edge_buffer does not exist (While using TiF files in Raster Layer)

Thanks Christopher, 

I turned DEBUG  OFF, and resolved the problem. 
Now I am successfully generating tiles from Mapserver's raster layer.
