[mapserver-users] How to use MINSCALEDENOM & MAXSCALEDENOM with dynamic image size?

I guess it might be the same problem that I've already addressed in
http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/ticket/2738

The related changes have already been applied in the development version
(SVN trunk) so you can test it.
