[mapserver-users] Inkscape layers in SVG output

Hi all. I sent a patch to trac:

Is for a new option for SVG format: INKSCAPE. Elements are separated
in layers (Inkscape layers), in correspondence with original layers.
The objective of this patch is to facilitate the retouching of final
map.

I hope that this be useful. If yes, please, check the code.
