[mapserver-users] produce hardcopy maps

Thanks very much for all your responses.

At first, I thought of using GMT to produce these maps. So I learned to use
GMT, and I was very happy with the results. For some small details, finally,
I decided to use MapServer.

PS: I've wrote a small and simple Python script to extract labels from a
MapServer labels cache. This script, produces an ASCII file for use with
pstext. Ask me this script, if can be useful. The labels generated,
maintains generalization made by MapServer, and angle (with angle=auto in
label object in mapfile).
