Install mapserver-bin in debian amd64

Hello list I am trying to install the mapserver version 5.0.0-3 Testing in a
debian amd64 steps taken:

1) Reposirotrio change to the debian testing (sources.list)
2) apt-get update
3) apt-get install mapserver-bin

Computer replacement and upgrade everything smoothly
But not where I think CGI "mapserv"

Please idea of a solution
