[mapserver-users] WFS Getcapabilities - XML header missing

When I request the WFS capabilities to my WFS server, the XML document
generated hasn´t header of type:

<?xml version='1.0' encoding="UTF-8" ?>

Therefore, I´m not be able to know the encoding type of my GML...
