[mapserver-users] Compiling Issues: Ubuntu 8.04 -- libgd and gdFontCacheSetup

Correct, the output was the same modulo the directory that gd.h and
the others were not found in...
And I did try your suggested change to ld.so.conf (I wasn't sure how
it should be added, so I tried two ways:
/usr/lib
and
include /usr/lib
then running /sbin/ldconfig)
both with similar results.
