Hello
I solved this In ms4w 2.2.9 and Mapserver V5.2 adding to wms_onlinresurce
this
"wms_onlineresource" "
http://yourhost/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=/your/map/file.map*&SERVICE=WMS&*"
And I test in ArcGIS 9.2 and not problem!
