[mapserver-users] Problem with transparency overlays

If you're using IE6 you'll probably need to add 'alpha:true' as a layer 
option to get the browser to handle transparent png images.

ie change  .... {isBaseLayer:false});

to ....  {isBaseLayer:false, alpha:true});
