Hi Niels-Peter,
In my understanding wms 1.3.0 support have been incorporated in the WMS
server at the moment, and perhaps you use a WMS layer in this case. You
might want to file a ticket to have this option added to the WMS client
requests as well.
You can anyway find daily build binary packages downloadable from this
location containing the most recent features in the stable and development
versions for various compilers and architectures.
