[mapserver-users] Offline Map caching options for Quantum GIS

Hello, 

We need to place a mapping application in an area with limited and sometimes no internet access.

Is there a convenient way to cache map tiles and/or city names for a region for Quantum GIS for subsequent use in a stand alone (no network) mode?
