[mapserver-users] Compile mapserver with custom external libs

What I've done is a wrapper with an export like that before:

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/export
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/gis/postgresql-9.1.2/lib:/usr/local/gis/geos-3.3.2/lib:/usr/local/gis/proj-4.7.0/lib:/usr/local/gis/gdal-1.9.0/lib/

How can I tell mapserver to do it automatically in mapserv executable
itself? Is that possible?
