[mapserver-users] Installing MapServer on Windows

Hi,

On IIS systems I often have to set the PROJ_LIB system environment
variable, to the location of the 'epsg' file, and then reboot the
server, such as:

  Variable: PROJ_LIB
  Value: C:\ms4w\proj\nad
