Good catch, this happened when I upgraded all demo services to 
MapServer7 recently, but I missed the Legend demo, will tackle now.  I 
have filed a ticket for this, but *please* next time you notice a demo 
problem file a ticket right away in the docs repository: 
https://github.com/mapserver/docs/issues/320
